Hey there! My name is Jen. My husband and I are proud owners of an old Victorian house that's (at least) 112 years old. When we bought our house in December 2021, I fell head over heels in love with DIY projects and all things old house charm. I started Hardins on High Street to share the journey of making this beautiful house our home. I've found so much joy in the process, sharing the learning curves, and inspiring others along the way. - I don't believe in making choices for your home based on resale value or future owners. I've found that creating a space I love, brings so much happiness, and I hope to inspire others to embrace their personal style and enjoy their space.
- There is something really empowering about DIY projects and learning new skills. The reward on the other side of overcoming anxieties, problem solving, and trying new things is always worth the challenge.
- Old house charm is so special. I endlessly admire the craftsmanship of our beautiful radiators, ornate doorknobs, and original wood floors.
